B. Main characteristics

Web design, e-commerce, SEO, hosting and other digital services selected at checkout. Physical goods, if any, are listed with model and quantity.

C. Total price including taxes

The checkout total includes VAT and is the amount due. Extra items are listed separately.

D. Payment

PayTR virtual POS, 3D Secure. Card data is not stored by Webify.

E. Delivery / performance

Digital: email or panel. Physical: carrier and ETA on the order confirmation.

F. Withdrawal

14 days, no reason required. Notify info@webify.com.tr. Return shipping is paid by the seller if the named carrier is used (from 1 Jan 2026). Refund via PayTR within 14 days.

G. When withdrawal does not apply

Services started with consent after notice that the right is lost; custom work; digital content / hosting already supplied.

H. Mediation

For consumer disputes under Law No. 6502, applying to a mediator before a lawsuit is mandatory.
