Distance sales agreement

1. Parties

This contract is formed electronically between the seller / provider below and the buyer.

2. Subject

Web design, e-commerce, SEO, hosting and similar digital services ordered on webify.com.tr, paid via PayTR. The order summary prevails if details differ.

3. Pre-contract information

Before payment the buyer confirms the pre-information form at /on-bilgilendirme. Without it the withdrawal period does not start.

4. Formation

The contract is formed when PayTR / the bank confirms payment after the buyer accepts this text and the pre-information. Records are kept at least 3 years.

5. Price and PayTR

Prices include VAT. No hidden fees. Cards are processed by PayTR with 3D Secure. Webify does not store card data.

6. Performance

Digital services are delivered by email, panel or the agreed channel. Physical shipments, if any, use the carrier shown at checkout.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason. For services the period starts when the contract is formed; for goods, on delivery.

Notify info@webify.com.tr or Skyport Residence No:151 BEYLİKDÜZÜ/İSTANBUL. Refunds go back via PayTR within 14 days.

8. Exceptions

Withdrawal may not apply to services started with the buyer’s consent after being told the right is lost, custom work, or digital content / hosting already supplied.

9. Return shipping (2026)

From 1 January 2026, return shipping is paid by the seller if the buyer uses the carrier named in the pre-information. If no carrier is named, the buyer is not charged. Digital services have no physical return.

10. Defects

Statutory remedies under Law No. 6502 apply to defective goods or services.

11. Cancellation

Refunds are issued to the original card via PayTR. The seller sends the refund instruction within 14 days.

12. Personal data

Processed under the privacy agreement, KVKK and GDPR. Cards stay with PayTR.

13. Disputes and mediation

Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court. Mediation is a precondition to a lawsuit under Law No. 6502.

14. Evidence

Electronic logs and PayTR statements are evidence. The contract starts on successful payment.
