1. Parties and scope
This agreement is between Webify and anyone who visits the site, submits a form or pays via PayTR.

2. Data we collect
Main categories:
- Identity and contact
- Order details and amount
- Technical logs
- Payment status from PayTR — we do not store card number, CVV or expiry
3. PayTR virtual POS
Card payments run on PayTR (PCI DSS, 3D Secure). Webify does not store card data. PayTR publishes its own privacy terms at paytr.com.
4. Purposes
We process data to perform the distance contract, collect or refund payment, invoice, support and prevent fraud.
6. Transfers
Processors: PayTR, hosting, email, authorities if required. No sale of data. Locations may include Istanbul, Germany, Finland and Singapore.
7. Rights
Use the forms on /kvkk and /gdpr or email info@webify.com.tr. Reply within 30 days / one month.
8. Changes
The version published on this page at the time of payment applies.
