Notice (Art. 10)
The controller is Webify. Data is collected for quotes, contracts, support, invoices and secure hosting via forms, phone, email and server logs.
We do not process special-category data (Art. 6). We do not target children.
Legal grounds (Art. 5)
We process without explicit consent where:
- The law expressly allows it (Art. 5/2-a)
- A contract is being formed or performed (Art. 5/2-c)
- We have a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç)
- You made the data public (Art. 5/2-d)
- Legitimate interest, without harming your fundamental rights (Art. 5/2-f)
Transfers (Art. 8–9)
Domestic: email, accounting and hosting providers, purpose-limited.
Abroad: servers in Germany and Finland; Singapore under Art. 9 with appropriate safeguards, only to deliver the service.
We do not sell data.

Provide enough information to identify you. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. If the request creates extra cost, the Board tariff may apply.
If we refuse, we state the reasons.
Personal Data Protection Board
If your request is refused, unanswered or insufficient, you may complain to the Board within 30 days (and in any case within 60 days): kvkk.gov.tr — Nasuh Akar Mah. 1407. Sok. No:4 06520 Balgat / Cankaya / Ankara.
Technical and organisational measures
Access is limited. Traffic uses TLS. Hosting includes backups and access logs. Suspected unauthorised access is handled under an internal process.
