Hosting is the home where your files live. A domain isn't enough; if there's no house, the door won't open. Webify sets up backup, panel, and SSL together with the launch in shared corporate hosting.
Your site stays live and accessible.
Process
- 01
Package
Traffic, mailbox count, and PHP requirements are selected.
- 02
Setup
Panel, SSL, and backup schedule are configured.
- 03
Migration
Files and database are copied from the old site, verified before DNS is switched.
- 04
Delivery
Panel password and renewal calendar are left with you.
What’s included
- SSD disk and daily backup
- cPanel / panel access
- Email mailboxes
- SSL setup
Who it’s for
- Those with corporate presentation sites
- Those wanting to unify email and site

Who is shared hosting enough for?
A properly configured shared package is enough for a corporate showcase, blog, and forms. Thousands of concurrent carts or custom software require VDS. Upgrading the wrong package is more expensive than choosing the right one.
SSD and daily backup aren't "nice to have." A faulty plugin or accidentally deleted page can be restored from backup. In hosting without backup, one mistake ends the broadcast.
Email mailboxes can be opened in the same package. A mailbox that runs out of quota rejects email; the customer thinks you're negligent. The number of mailboxes is written from the start.
Migration and fear of downtime
Migration is first copy, then DNS. The new server is tested with hosts; mail MX is not forgotten. "Switch everything at once" is the most common cause of downtime.
If PHP and database versions differ from the old site, the theme breaks. Version notes are taken before migration. Webify matches both files and environment.
www / apex and https redirection are locked together with SSL. Half-finished redirection produces both SEO issues and browser warnings.
Security and renewal
If the panel password is weak, it's not the site but the door that's open. Two-factor authentication and limited FTP accounts are explained. Agency accounts shouldn't be shared "admin."
If renewal is forgotten, the site and email go down the same day. The calendar is in delivery. If auto-payment is linked to your card, a reminder is still written.
If resources are insufficient (CPU, inode), upgrade to corporate or VDS. Traffic charts tell this, not sales pitches.
Price and limits
Cheap hosting slows down with hidden limits (CPU, I/O). When comparing, look not only at GB disk but also backup and support line.
Management can be with you, setup with us. There's also a full "you handle it" model. Limits are written in the quote.
There are separate packages for e-commerce and WordPress. General hosting isn't good for every job; proceed from the right page.
Package limits: not disk, but CPU and I/O
Comparison tables list GB disk and "unlimited traffic." The real bottleneck is CPU, concurrent processes, and disk I/O. A neighbor site's backup scan hour slows your form. Webify selects packages based on page type and expected peak, not slogans.
When inodes (file count) are full, new images can't be uploaded. Old backups and cache folders take up the quota. We show you how to see this from the panel on delivery; there shouldn't be a "suddenly full" surprise.
Email quota is separate. A full mailbox rejects new email, the customer thinks you're negligent. Mailbox count and quota are written from the start. Heavy newsletters should go from a separate sending service, not this package.
Migration checklist
First, files and database are copied, the new server is tested in the browser with hosts. If PHP and MySQL versions differ from the old site, the theme breaks; version notes are taken before migration. DNS is switched last.
If SSL, www redirect, and MX aren't locked in the same window, the site opens and email breaks—or vice versa. An A record forgotten at the old registrar produces the "why is it still the old site?" phone call.
Panel password, FTP, and database user are personal. Shared admin shouldn't be in Slack. On exit, the archive is delivered to you; the domain is also yours.
When to upgrade to the next package?
A constantly maxed-out CPU chart, full inodes, and campaign night timeouts are signs of needing the next package. Corporate hosting offers more isolated resources, WordPress hosting offers cache, e-commerce hosting offers cart moments, VDS offers root and custom software. Upgrading the wrong thing is more expensive than choosing correctly.
Security: weak panel password, old PHP, and writable folders amplify leaks. Two-factor authentication and limited accounts are explained. The heavy part of hack cleanup can be a separate job; backup is the first step.
Support 0850 885 28 44 is the same team. Critical outages are prioritized. If renewal is forgotten, site and email go down the same day; the calendar is in delivery.
